Stayed in your hotel in Papagayo, Lanzarote.
We payed extra for the Royal Elite package but were disappointed with the food choices at dinner and found that quite often the food was lukewarm.
Also both Royal Elite bars were quite often unattended which meant that tables were not cleared or cleaned frequently enough.
We would say that the rooms and the views were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Stayed in your San Blas hotel in Golf Del Sur. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, the food was amazing, The drinks are all premium brands and enough pools for everybody.

What an amazing trip!! We stayed at Sandos San Blas in Tenerife and had such a lovely time. The staff were friendly, the food was amazing and the rooms were spotless. My only tiny, silly complaint is that the hair dryers weren’t great - so bring your own. Everything else was superb!!! Perfect get away for anyone looking for an escape.

Stayed at Sandos Cancun for 6 day 5 night over the 4th of July 2016. There was construction going on the whole stay, however the hotel made every attempt to not bother the guest. I believe there are going to be issues no matter how nice places are, but what separates great places are those who take responsibility and fix to the best of their ability. Staff was amazing.

I've been visiting both Sandos Caracol and Sandos Playacar 3 times in Mexico - and these hotels are without a doubt 5 star hotels. You cannot compare a european hotel with these hotels in Riviera Maya.

It's been the best vacations of my life by far and I am definetly coming back to Riviera Maya again....

The only thing I can put my finger on was the service in the lobby, and the service regarding the points we have earned by staying there - was not received very well at all. Sadly for a hotel like this. Th most annoying thing about the trip was that we paid extra to be in the adult zone and could enjoy an extra large pool with benefits, but we saw many times that people with normal "bracers" who didnt pay extra, coul just come to the zone we were in with no problems - and nothing was done about this.

We have no problem of sharing the things with others, but it annoys us, that we needed to pay a lot more than them to get the same kinda...

So a good advice from me - don't pay for the adult zone if you go there.. Buy a normal package, and just go to the zone.. They wont check anyway
